  pretty neat android 4.1

  I'm not an expert and I'm not going to split hairs.I don't think the geeks like any of the hundred buck tablets from what I read.But this Pipo Smart S1 has a bright sharp display,all the google play apps I've tried work fine.Internet browsing is good.There are 2 browsers.Ebay is great.Kindle app works great offline.All the games are pretty fast,and the touch response is quick and sensitive.Battery life is about as expected,I use it for about 4 hours.It feels like it is well made.I haven't upgraded to a 32gig sd yet,it still has lots of space available.It came out of the box fully charged,ready to use.Really it is a top of the line gadget for its price range.On to the negs.I have an AT&T 3G dongle that I use on my netbook.I can't get it to work with this tablet,I don't know what kind of dongle works,so its pretty much a wifi tablet,but thats ok,it hits wifi like it means business.It works in any language.There are some chinese symbols on the home screen that never... 5/5 Return of Mel Street (Quinton,AL) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)   Best bang for the buck

  I have to admit I love the Ipad it works great and it's a high quality product. However I don't like the price and not having the easy to add sd cards. That said I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this one. I have other smaller android devices so i'm familiar with them. They are average. This little guy stays head to head with the Ipad. And runs virtually every app I typically use. And at 1/5 the price. Bottom line skip the $80 tablets (junk) and the $200 tablets (pricey) and get this. This unit has about double the power and memory of any other tablet in it's class. 1gb of ram and 8gb of storage with space for a 32gb sd card. The dual core 1.6 processor and quad core gpu scream.   The Little Speed Demon

  When looking for a budget tablet really wasnt expecting this to be that good for 99 dollars but was pleasantly surprised. First as mention it does come with 4.1 jellybean which was very nice since the local stores seemed to keep wifi only devices here from the gingerbread era of android. Battery life ranges about 4 hours it seems to drain fairly uniformly even when locked but mediated through a battery management app and turning off wireless when not needed. The display gets the work done , and its fluid the animations thanks to the quad core. Chrome browser that was on pre-installed on the pipo was fairly fast and stable more so than my other android devices. Connection wise pipo comes with the OTG cable which is nice since most more expensive tablets makes you pay extra for it usually, it has a mini hdmi , and a mini usb host port as well as the dc in to charge and use the usb port at the same time.   OUTSTANDING Budget Tablet!!!!

  Just got my tablet yesterday morning and I Love It!!! Great video, Wi-Fi setup is sooo easy and Internet is a dream, touch response is perfect and everything else seems to be doing great too! This Tab is perfect for those of us who can't afford or just don't like Ipads/Apple. I'm expecting a mini HDMI cable on the 31st. and will update as to how well the Tab to TV works with my HD Movies. I did alot of research on all the Budget Tabs and this one was the best I could find and I'm so glad I got it and I'm recommending it to everyone.   Skeptical At First, But Great Tablet

  I own a Nook Tablet and had to root it because the interface and accessibility I've grown accustomed to is not on the reader. That was kind of annoying so I figured I'd buy a tablet and I didn't want to spend the full amount of $400+ on a tablet. This one had few reviews but great ones so I ordered this. So far I've had it for about 2 days. It responds great and came loaded with everything you need to start dling apps and stuff. When you open the package what you get is a "ZTPad" made by Zenithink? with Tursion Firmware? on it.The touch response is sensitive which is good and highly responsive. It is lighter or about the same as my 7in Nook Tablet which is a plus. I've tested most of the functions such as making a video skype call. The camera works great and the receiver on the other end was able to see and hear me.   So initially I was looking for a tablet that I could watch video on as well as have pretty much the same functionality as a laptop.   Good Tablet For The Money

  The Good: The sound was something of a surprise, because it is the best that I have heard from a tablet yet. The sound is crisp and clear even when the volume is turned up all the way. The screen is nice, bright, and responsive and made of glass. Most tablets of this price do not have glass screens, let alone 10-point Capacitive screens, as good as this one. Runs perfectly with little or no lag time even with several programs open. The latest Android OS also makes this tablet both easy for beginners and robust enough for seasoned tablet pros.The Bad: Even though it does have two mini-USB ports, one is dedicated to the USB-Network dongle included in the box. These ports are not marked as such and is not clearly indicated that way in the manual included. It does not have support for Bluetooth, so for those who are wanting to use a case with a Bluetooth keyboard, you are out of luck.   I was looking for a cheaper, but not so cheap that it wouldn't work, tablet. I found a great one. I've only had it 5 days, but it's been really great so far. First of all, there has been no problems with it. It functions flawlessly! I must note that on a tablet, the wireless is God. No wireless and the tablet is useless! So much to my relief, it not only doesn't drop connection (Has not dropped it even once!), but it's really speedy. Faster than my Windows PCs wireless.Functionality:Wireless:As I said, the wireless works great and had no problem with my high security hidden network.Display, the display is a standard VGA 1024x768 (or 800, forget which) but it's really clear. It will play your HD videos just fine and they look really good.   Idolian Mini Studio

  I really like this tablet a lot. I also have an Archos 80 G9 Turbo ICS. I have had my Archos for about 9 months and I like it a lot. So far I like the Mini Studio just as much, if not more! It has everything I was looking for. It has all the same things that the 80 G9 has. Plus it's lighter, thinner, has a better screen, and it's faster. I have nothing bad to say about it. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable tablet that has it all.If you are looking for a nice case.   It's Great

  I was a little worried, b/c I hadn't been able to find much information concerning these tablets/ this company; however, I took a chance and it really paid off.The tablet is quite fast and very responsive to touch.It is lightweight and uses the normal android market.My only regret is that I didn't get the Sim card upgrade (the tablet works better than my phone which crashes a lot).Anyways, I love it, and would recommend it to others.(granted I have only had it for a week, so I will update if things don't continue to work as they currently are) 4/5 Matt - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)   WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!

  DO NOT BUY ANY IDOLIAN PRODUCTS! I previously purchased their 10" tablet and had an issue with the charging port on the tablet. It was under warranty so I sent it back to Idolian. Initially I was told 2-3 days, then 2-3 weeks. It has now been more than 2 months. You cannot speak directly to a customer service representative; your only option is to leave a message for a call back within 48 hours, which I did not receive. I have received several emails from their support team stating time frames of warranty work; they have not followed through with any. This is not acceptable, the worst customer service ever!   Great little Android 4.0 tablet!

  First off, DO NOT confuse the E FUN NextBook Premium 7se tablet with the "plain jane" NextBook Premium 7 tablet -- the Premium 7se has a capacitive touch screen (which means you just have to *touch* the screen . . . think iPhone, iPad, etc.), whereas the "basic" Premium 7 has a RESISTIVE touch screen (like most credit/debit card scanners in stores, where you have to PRESS to get the screen to respond to your input).The Premium 7se comes with the Android Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) 4.0 operating system (specifically, version 4.0.3 in my case) -- this falls in the same Android 4.x "generation" as the Android Jelly Bean 4.1 (and up) version used on the Nexus 7 tablets, so functionality and performance will be fairly similar, especially compared to the functionality and performance found on tablets running previous Android 3.x ("Honeycomb") or Android 2.x ("Gingerbread") versions.The screen on the Premium 7se can be a bit laggy at times -- I think the processor is... 5/5 John C.   It is really difficult to understand what you get when order this tablet. Just lack of information. I got it finally. Its Model number is Next7D12F (http://www.e-nextbook.com/727kc.html). I couldn't find it on nextbookusa website but there are lots of descriptions in internet.   Truly Amazing!

  For quite some time now I've wanted an iPad, but considering that they cost 500+ dollars for the "Up to date" model, it's hard to find that kind of extra cash laying around in your budget:/...   I bought the 4gb version of this tablet and never got to rate it

  I bought the AVS 4gb version of this tablet for 76 bucks and WOW! This is a very nice tablet. Do not let the price scare you off. This thing does everything i want it to. Very responsive screen and very nice video playback. Youtube seems to load and run faster than my home computer. Again i have the 4gb version but I would think the 8gb is much better. I added a 32GB flash card and loaded 1200 songs on it. The sound quality is amazing! The camera sucks so go buy yourself a good camera ;) I would recomend this pad. Its my first one and I have been using it for over a month with zero issues. Battery life is about 3-4 hours. All android games seem to work fine and i have not loaded one that does not work. Its so cool to have a nice hand held computer and learn to use android. I hope the US can come out with a good line of these. I would really like to buy USA made! 5/5 Ray P.   Can't beat the price

  I got this tablet the same day my friend was over with her ipad. I wanted to do some comparisons between my tablet and her ipad:1) Download Speed: My tablet was a little faster than her ipad.2) Bootup & Shutdown Speed: The ipad was faster to bootup but the tablet was faster to shutdown3) Internet Speed: The tablet was much faster than the ipad as far as pulling up websites. Oh, and yes we both were connected to my network.Overall:I am very pleased with my purchase.The touchscreen is very nice. The size is perfect.
