  Samsung Tab 2 10.1 WiFi - Very Detailed Review On the Many Pros For This Tablet!

  NEW/UPDATED REVIEW April 30, 2013 for P5113 WiFi only: On October 24, 2012, I received this brand new Tab 2 10.1 Tablet (and I have enjoyed it for over six months now with Jelly Bean (updated January 11, 2013).For my everyday basic computer functions, especially when I travel or carry it around my home--I have found this tablet to be very peppy, has a vivid, colorful and clear screen. And I will let you know more below with the many details listed. However, sadly, Adobe no longer supports Flash on Android devices with Android 4 and up. So now Adobe does not support the new flash or any flash in Android devices be it a tablet or a phone--so Amazon Movie Videos/Regular Videos will not play on the Tab 2 (the trailers as of today still play). Also, other internet sites I have found Videos to play on the Tab 2. Keep in mind that the flash situation is NOT the fault of Samsung -- moreover, it is a dilemma of all newer Android Tablets.   Careful

  When buying this tablet, keep this in mind; this is brand new but still old. Brand new in that it comes with the newest operating system factory installed and Samsung changed some of the specs to put a #2 next to the tablet name. This is old based on the fact that Samsung scraped a few design features off the original tablet to sell this one at a cheaper price tag. As of the first week of this tablet's release i have yet to find any downloadable software that would enable me to play movies on it(besides Google's play store of course). At this point tablets of this size are meant for entertainment; do not see how this is going to entertain someone when the only way to view videos is by already having them in the acceptable format or buying the them again from Google's store.You cannot currently download the application HBO-go, Hulu+ is still not supported, and Amazon's streaming is still unsupported (all due at the moment to the flash support).   My First Tablet

  My mom bought last year's 8.9 model last week and I fell in love with it, so I bought the new 10.1 tab 2. This is my 4th day with it and I absolutely love it. I've been wanting a tablet for over a year(I love tech toys) and finally couldn't take messing around with one that wasn't mine so I had to buy one. I have a 17" laptop that only gets 1.5 hrs on a charge and wanted something smaller that I could do easy internet stuff like twitter, facebook, surfing, and listening to internet radio, podcasts, and music that was smaller and more mobile then my ginormous laptop. While shopping around I essentially looked at mid-priced android tablets, mostly because of my angst toward apple thanks to the awfulness of itunes software.The other tablet that really caught my eye was the Asus Transformer TF300. You can do an easy google search to see where the transformer shines where the galaxy doesn't and vice versa.   Utterly useless

  These things suck. Not worth the money. They're laid out to cover the back with the cut out to fit over the rear camera. Only problem is, they won't stick to the back as the back curves. The edges pull up.The cleaning cloth they supply? It left lint on my tab. So I used my own.If you put them on the front, they cover the front camera. I went ahead and tried it. I've applied many a skin/cover/protector and do so VERY CAREFULLY. I wear gloves. I clean the device. I smooth them down as I go but it's impossible to get these down without bubbles.   I bought this inner tube to replace one on a hand truck that I bought at Lowe's. The stem on this one is a tiny bit shorter than the one that came on the hand truck, but that didn't cause any problems. After moving some large appliances around, the tire is still inflated.   I own several Lodge cast iron products and use them everyday. I have 3 teeneage boys that enjoy cooking, and after they destroyed a few teflon coated pans, I decided I would go heavy into cast iron. These pans are indestructible. You can use them in the oven or stovetop, and if you keep it seasoned properly food will not stick. Also, to avoid sticking problems, you may want to remember to allow the pan to get hot before applying oil or food.As to seasoning, the Logic line now comes preseasoned. But don't make a big deal about this. To season a cast iron skillet simply coat it lightly with oil and bake it for a half hour or so. I have also seasoned these skillets on the stovetop. Cast iron is also great because it does not easily scrap like stainless steel and aluminum pots. Aluminum pans are painful to me, as my teeth fillings react to the aluminum. With cast iron, you won't have this problem. I also take my Lodge pan camping and set it right over the coals to cook.   Outstanding, dont let the low price fool you!

  Let me start by saying we have a kitchen full of 20+ pieces of Calphalon Hard Annodized Commercial cookware. I was always of the opinion that quality cookware carried a price that was justified by the performace of the cookware. So I thought if I wanted cast iron I should look at LeCreuset... wrong! Lodge blew that theory out the window! I can't express how well this simple pan works. Let it get hot and it will hold the temp like nothing else, oven to cooktop. I finally decided to get a good cast iron skillet after hearing Alton Brown (Host of Good Eats - ...- TV Food Network - ...) rave about cast iron for the last few years. He steared me to Lodge, Lodge's web site (lodgemgf.com) told me about the pre-seasoned "Logic" line. This stuff makes cast iron simple. No messing around with seasoning a new pan.   My new favorite pan

  After waiting a month to get the thing because it was back-ordered, I FINALLY got to try out my skillet. I love this thing! Most of my cookware is garden-variety non-stick and hardly suited to things like searing steaks or fajita meat.You can run this pan as hot as you dare without hurting it - works great for steaks, and makes an awesome cheese steak. The pre-seasoned coating works as advertised, and the cast iron gives good heat transfer and VERY even heat across the entire pan. I think I'm going to be using this skillet A LOT.A handy suggestion regarding cleaning that I stumbled across on another website... be SURE to use a hot pad while doing this! Immediately after cooking, fill the pan with HOT water (not cold; you could crack it!), put it on high heat, and bring the water to a rolling boil... this will lift debris off the pan bottom. I got them mounted on my new 10/22 and now am easily able to use the Barska 3-9x32 scope or the iron sights on the rifle. I really like the wide viewing area for the iron sights these give.   When I ordered these saw blades it was because my compound miter saw needed a new blade and money was tight. The combo pack of 10" blades from Dewalt was considerably less expensive than most of the other blades that I know to be good ,so I was not expecting to have the best quality cuts. Boy I couldn't have been more wrong... These blades are great and believe me you will not be disappointed at all.   Contrary to the pictures in amozon, these aren't made in the USA, for those that care. They are, of course, made in ChIna. I like to buy USA made products and I hate to be misled.   Dewalt 10" blades

  I have been a Pro. carpenter for over 25 years, bought this combo pack because of the "deal". They are probably the crappiest blades I have ever used, not sharp and splinter the back of the cuts. Both blades were also warped and upon start up made the saw jump. Dewalt has really gone down hill, all of their products are made in China and their hand tools aren't much better than cheap box store home owner tools. Shame on you DEWALT !!   The baseplate is essential for creating any large lego building or scene. The lego structure simply will not be sturdy enough without it. I wish more of these baseplates were included in lego sets, because it seems silly to have to buy this piece separately. It would be better if the baseplate were a bit thicker so that it would not bend even slightly under pressure.   You definitely need these things...

  Honestly, I found these plates a LOT cheaper in my local meijer's store, plus they were on sale to boot. That said, you really can't do without these baseplates if your child is going to build anything with legos. It's a bunch of fun anyway, seeing how high you can make towers, which is impossible to do without one of these. They should include these in the sets and how about different colors too? Gray and green get a little boring. You really can't use those colors when you're pretending to be out in the desert with your big army tanks, now can you?   great non stick, but not flat

  OK, I love this pan's non stick... the CI review and the amazon people were right... however the one I got has a definite "hump" in the middle. If you put a tbs of oil in it as per a recipe, it all runs to the sides, leaving the middle dry. if you put eggs in it to fry, same thing. I wish I would have returned it, as no one else has had this issue.... so long story short, check it when you get it, and return it if you get a bum one like I did...   Excellent cable, must have for your Galaxy Tab

  There are a couple other of these cables here on Amazon, with sketchy reviews. Some say the plug doesn't quite fit correctly, or it doesn't charge the tablet fast enough, or transfer data as well. I've had none of those problems with this cable. I put the plug side by side with the stock Samsung plug, and they look identical. The cable itself is high quality, flexible, and has the length I need so I don't have to worry about hunting for outlets anymore. Charging and data transfer are just as good as with the stock cable.   Slow, slow, slow

  Not sure why Samsung chose to use a cable that is way too short to be able to use the Galaxy Note 10.1 while charging. I bought Aduro cable hoping that this would solve that problem. However, while the cable does allow charging, it does so at an incredibly slow pace compared to the the Samsung OEM cable. I'm talking the Samsung is 10 times faster. Plus, if you are using the tablet while the Aduro cable is plugged in, the charge level remains the same. I guess that means you can't charge the tablet while you are using it.   It cuts like a hot knife through butter

  I used this chain saw chain to cut about 2 cords of green wood and the chain worked like a hot knife through butter. Make sure you prime your chain saw with chain saw oil after every cut and this chain should last you a long time.   Oregon S40 10-Inch Saw Chain

  This Oregon S40 saw chain is a perfect fit for my 10-inch Remington pole saw and a lot less expensive here than buying direct from Remington/MTD. Oregon makes the OEM chain for Remington anyway, so why pay more for the same item.
